Overview In this role you contribute to the development of mobility and energy solutions by steering systems engineering across requirements, architecture, integration, and validation. You will join an international, multidisciplinary team to deliver state-of-the-art vehicle systems. You will shape technical solutions and lead system development within a domain, driving robust verification and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades Define and manage system requirements aligned with customer objectives

Design technical solutions and architectures for complex products

Coordinate system integration, calibration, verification and validation activities

Collaborate with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive project success

Act as technical lead within a development domain or project

Support test planning, test cases and validation strategies

Analyze test results, troubleshoot deviations and support problem resolution





Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality processes

Prepare technical documentation and release content

Contribute to project planning, milestones and quality gates

Perform performance analysis and optimization of vehicle and system functions

Stay current with new technologies and MBSE/dev tools

Requisitos principales Bachelors degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field

Knowledge of systems engineering principles and modern product development methodologies

Strong understanding of at least one vehicle system or technology domain

Basic knowledge of different vehicle systems and their interactions

Understanding of in-vehicle communication networks

Experience with requirements engineering tools

Knowledge of systems engineering tools and development toolchains

Good understanding of lifecycle management and engineering work products

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
