Overview In this role, you will lead enterprise information architectures and data strategies within the Commercial IT domain, partnering with integral commercial functions to align architecture with business priorities. You'll define and govern data models, information flows, and governance policies, guiding data mesh and related constructs across projects. You'll evangelize architecture, drive governance, and enable data-enabled decision making to support faster, evidence-based commercial outcomes.

This position offers a meaningful impact on patient and market access initiatives through scalable information architectures.

Responsabilidades

Define and deliver strategic and tactical information and data architectures, MRDM, and governance aligned with business priorities

Operate within the Enterprise Data Architecture Framework, benchmarking against standards and blueprints

Develop IA artefacts, ensure alignment with data strategies, and support governance forums

Act as architecture evangelist, shaping roadmaps and raising capability across teams

Deliver IA for Commercial IT including data models, flows, master data, and metadata design

Collaborate with business leaders to evolve IA designs that support strategy

Own IA designs across projects impacting Business Capabilities in Commercial IT





Embed data governance in IA designs and provide assurance through metrics

Define architectures to support reporting, analytics, data science, and digital use cases

Contribute to Data Integration architecture and ensure naming and domain standards across projects

Secure approval for IA artefacts and enforce enterprise data element naming and domains

Requisitos principales Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Data Management related field or equivalent experience

Experience leading enterprise data platform architectural thinking and practical application

Experience with conceptual and logical data modelling technologies

Experience with information and data regulatory governance

Blend of data/information architecture, analysis, and engineering skills

Familiarity with industry IT architectural patterns and Data Mesh concepts

Understanding of data structures, lifecycles, and business use cases

Stakeholder collaboration

Architecture governance and communication

Strategic thinking with practical delivery orientation

Data modelling (conceptual/logical)
