Overview

As Director of Marketing for OT Demand Gen, you will own pipeline creation for OPSWAT's MetaDefender solutions across critical infrastructure verticals. You'll design multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and advance opportunities through the funnel, collaborating with product, field, and sales to align messaging with buyer workflows. You will lead AI‐enhanced execution and optimize programs for measurable revenue impact.

This role offers executive visibility into pipeline performance and a chance to shape demand programs that protect critical infrastructure on a general scale.

Responsabilidades Own pipeline generation across multi-channel demand programs (email, SEM, paid media, ABM, industry sites, sponsorships)

Drive demand creation to generate net-new interest from non-active buyers

Ensure full-funnel coverage with nurture and retargeting to move prospects through the funnel





Analyze campaign and pipeline data with Marketing Operations to drive continuous improvement

Apply generative AI and intent-based personalization to boost velocity and targeting precision

Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales to align messaging and handoffs

Requisitos principales 10+ years of B2B demand generation experience

Proven track record in both demand creation and demand capture

Experience running multi-channel campaigns for technical OT/ICS/IT security buyers

Comfort with campaign and pipeline data interpretation for optimization

HubSpot and CRM fluency; familiarity with 6sense or similar ABM platforms preferred

Cybersecurity industry experience a strong plus cross-functional collaboration data-driven decision making strategic thinking
