Overview

As the property's strategic financial leader, you shape the financial plan and drive profitability in a luxury beachfront hotel. You'll align finance initiatives with the brand's service strategy and ROI goals, partnering with the leadership team to deliver strong results. You translate complex financial data into clear decisions for owners and executives, while safeguarding assets and managing working capital.

This role offers impact across budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning in a globally recognized luxury brand.

Responsabilidades Develops and implements the annual operating budget and business plan aligned with brand strategy

Forecasts sales and expenses and monitors actuals vs projections

Leads financial planning, cost control, and productivity opportunities across the property

Maintains strong internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance

Manages working capital, cash flow, and reporting to owners and executives

Oversees finance team performance, hiring, development, and cross-training





Provides analytical support during budget reviews and strategic decision meetings

Communicates financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders

Supports risk assessment and implementation of policies and procedures

Ensures P&L; accuracy and alignment of costs to revenue

Requisitos principales Bachelor in Finance and Accounting or related major (minimum)

3 years of experience in finance/accounting or related area; or Master's degree with 1 year of experience

Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills

Experience leading finance teams and cross-functional collaboration

Knowledge of cash flow management and internal controls

Audit coordination and compliance experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills leadership clear communication integrity budgeting forecasting financial analysis
