You will lead and mentor a group of software engineers, shape the technical direction, and oversee project planning, execution, and delivery. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to align goals and continuously improve engineering practices.

Requisitos principales At least 5 years as Senior Software Engineer or 2 years as Tech Lead

Passion for mentoring and developing talent

Technical education in engineering or similar

Strong communications skills

Experience in people management, career development and performance evaluation

Experience with assessment tools and metrics

Experience applying best practices in technical teams (Agile, peer reviews, testing, sprints)
