English Teacher & Academic Coordinator (Online Position — Few Hours, Room to Grow)

We are looking for a native or highly proficient English teacher to join our growing teaching team in an online position, covering a few hours a week as Academic Coordinator (Jefe/a de Estudios) while also teaching adult students. This starts as a small number of hours, with the possibility of expanding as the project grows. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in adult education, a strong focus on preparing students for official examinations, and the organizational skills to help coordinate our teaching team.

Requirements

- Native level of English or demonstrably high level of proficiency.
- Very high level of Spanish (C1), both spoken and written.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching English (preferably adults).
- Proven experience in preparing students for official exams, especially Aptis, Cambridge, and EOI.
- Previous experience coordinating teams, academic content, or educational projects.
- Ability to design and adapt teaching materials according to adult learners' needs and goals.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teaching skills.
- Must be self-employed (freelance).

Responsibilities:
- Deliver online English classes to adult students of different levels.
- Prepare students for official English certification exams.
- Coordinate part of the teaching team: monitor content quality, task correction, and teaching standards.
- Support academic planning and continuous improvement of the training program.
- Act as a communication bridge between teachers and the project's leadership.
- Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback.
