- Responsible for the elevator industry business in the Spain region, formulate sales strategies according to the company's strategic goals, and achieve annual performance targets. - Customer Insight : Conduct insights into the elevator industry customers' business in the Spain & Portugal region, including but not limited to : market trends, industry landscape, customer development trends, customer organizational structure and decision-making chain, competitors and competing products, etc. - Lead and Opportunity Mining : Identify and develop customer leads and business opportunities within the region until cooperation is achieved. - Customer Relationship Building : Maintain existing customer relationships and build key customer relationships along the customer's organizational structure and decision-making chain. - Project Development : Assist and support domestic sales and related teams in promoting project development work on the client side. - After-sales Service : Assist and support the execution and closure of after-sales service work to improve customer satisfaction. - Other daily sales tasks. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree or higher,



with at least 8 years of work experience in the elevator industry. - Strong business development and regional management capabilities, with a proven track record of independently developing business. - Excellent interpersonal management skills, approachability, influence, keen insight, and outstanding communication and coordination abilities. - Proficient in English and Spanish. - willing to travel occasionally to China.
