As our Market Access Manager, you will drive the market access strategy, helping ensure that healthcare professionals and patients gain access to life-changing treatment solutions. We are looking for someone who understands the cardiac surgery setting and is familiar with the main stakeholders, including cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, anesthesiologists, hospital pharmacists, and purchasing committees.

In this highly visible role, you will collaborate closely with hospitals, regional healthcare stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams to support successful product adoption and long-term market growth. You will help shape compelling economic value propositions,



navigate hospital access processes, and build strong relationships across the Spanish healthcare landscape.
Define and implement the market access strategy in Spain.

~ Interact with hospitals, pharmacists, healthcare managers, and decision-makers.

~ Support hospital evaluation, inclusion, and adoption processes.

~ Monitor market access dynamics and changes within the Spanish healthcare system.

~ Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing, Commercial, and Regulatory teams.

~ Experience in cardiac surgery and/or in hospital surgical environments.
Experience with hospital purchasing processes, product evaluation processes, and non-reimbursed hospital products used in the surgical setting.
~ Strong experience in Market Access, HEOR, hospital access, or related roles Preparing reports, analyses, and operational updates for management.

~ Good understanding of the Spanish healthcare and hos
