About the Role
AudioStack is looking for a mid-level Implementation Manager based in either our HQ in London or our Operations Hub in Barcelona to lead customer onboarding and technical implementation projects across our enterprise and mid-market clients.




This is a high-impact and strategic role within our Operations Team and alongside our Customer Success team and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of project management, client consulting, and technical delivery. This role is hands-on. You will take ownership of complex implementations, work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations, and ensure our customers successfully deploy AudioStack’s AI-powered audio infrastructure, seamlessly integrated into their workflow.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Implementation Manager, you will own the successful delivery of customer implementations from post-sale handover through go-live and adoption.

Project & Delivery Ownership
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise and mid-market customers
