Job Summary:

The Financial Support Specialist supports the day-to-day management of commercial campaigns, dealer incentives, bonuses and other financial programs related to the Dealer Network.

The role ensures that commercial conditions are correctly calculated, communicated and applied, while acting as a key point of contact for dealers and internal teams regarding campaign conditions, payments and financial discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and follow up commercial campaigns, dealer incentives, bonuses, rappels and other dealer support programs.
- Act as a key point of contact for the Dealer Network regarding campaign conditions, calculations, eligibility criteria and payments.
- Prepare, review and validate incentive and campaign calculations, ensuring accuracy before settlement and payment.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or queries raised by dealers, coordinating with the relevant internal teams when required.
- Monitor campaign performance, dealer achievement and the financial impact of commercial programs.
- Track budgets related to dealer incentives and commercial support, identifying deviations between forecasted and presente costs.
- Prepare regular reports, financial simulations and analysis to support commercial decisions.
- Ensure proper documentation and control of campaign conditions, calculations and dealer payments.




- Work closely with Sales, Finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure the correct implementation of commercial programs.
- Identify opportunities to simplify calculations, reporting, dealer communication and internal processes.

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a similar field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
- Previous experience working directly with an automotive Dealer Network is required.
- High level of English, both written and spoken, required for daily communication with European teams and HQ.
- Experience managing or supporting commercial campaigns, incentives, bonuses, rappels or dealer payment schemes.
- Good understanding of automotive dealer operations and the commercial relationship between an OEM and its Dealer Network.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excel skills.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to explain financial and commercial concepts clearly to different stakeholders.
