The Successful Applicant The idóneo candidate will be a highly operational hospitality professional with experience managing complex, high-volume environments.Key requirements include:

- Significant leadership experience within hospitality, food service, hotels, resorts, large-scale leisure venues, entertainment venues or premium catering operations.

- Strong understanding of food & beverage operations and guest experience management.

- Proven experience leading large teams within fast-paced operational environments.

- Demonstrated financial acumen with experience managing departmental budgets and P&L; performance.

- Exceptional people leadership and team development skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing operational demands.

- Hands-on leadership style with a strong operational focus.

- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
