Overview

As General Manager Spain you will lead the Spanish subsidiary, steering growth and profitability in alignment with the Group. You will execute a winning commercial strategy, optimize local operations, and coordinate with the Group on regional priorities. The role focuses on revenue expansion, market development, and sales execution in a fast-moving consumer goods context.

You will shape the Spanish business while representing the company at industry events and collaborating with cross-border teams. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial leadership position.

Responsabilidades

Define and implement the business and brand strategy in line with Group objectives

Contribute to portfolio development and potential acquisitions in Spain

Set and monitor growth and profitability targets for Spain

Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and risks

Deploy a group sell-out oriented commercial model in Spain (parapharmacies, beauty channel, online)

Oversee go-to-market execution: pricing, promotions, sales force effectiveness

Negotiate and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders

Identify and develop new business opportunities, channels or acquisitions

Lead local teams and foster a high-performance culture

HR processes and team development

Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring product and service quality

Coordinate with management teams of subsidiaries in other countries

Oversee budgeting, cost control and profitability

Implement KPIs and monitor financial performance

Ensure compliance with local legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with Group functions (marketing, supply chain, finance, R&D;) and headquarter

Support Group brand strategy, launches, and transformation initiatives

Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requisitos principales University degree in business, management or related field

10+ years of experience in commercial and general management roles in FMCG or personal care sectors

Strong knowledge of the Spanish market, including its economic, cultural and regulatory specifics

Based in León, Spain

Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus leadership and team motivation strong communication and senior-level representation results-driven and able to perform under pressure financial management and budgeting strategic planning and decision-making
