Overview

As a Global Demand Planning Forecast Analyst, you will drive forecast accuracy and support data-driven decisions across markets. You'll collaborate with Demand Planners and stakeholders to refine forecasting processes and contribute to S&OP; improvements in a fast-paced, international setting. Your work focuses on monitoring performance, analyzing trends, and turning data into actionable insights. This role offers a chance to shape forecasting capabilities and growth across regions.

Responsabilidades Monitor forecast performance and accuracy metrics to identify trends and improvement actions

Review forecasts by exception, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions

Validate statistical forecasting outputs and monitor impact of inputs on planning outcomes

Transform data into actionable insights through analytics and reporting

Lead coaching sessions and support Demand Planners on prioritization and best practices





Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support S&OP; Demand Review meetings

Requisitos principales University degree in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics)

2-3 years of experience in Demand Forecasting/Planning or related analytics role

Advanced Excel skills and strong Power BI for data modeling, analysis, and dashboards

Experience with SAP APO and/or SAP IBP is a strong plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into decisions

Good understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes is a plus

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Continuous improvement mindset, collaborative attitude, and international mindset

Fluency in English (written and spoken)
