With background in Machine Learning and/or Deep Learning, the role ensures the selection of the most appropriate technical approaches to solve concrete business problems. The AI Engineer contributes directly to building Fluidra’s AI platform from the ground up, transforming business opportunities into scalable, production-ready AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. applying innovative AI advancements in a pragmatic and enterprise-ready manner Key Responsibilities • Analyze business problems and translate them into effective AI-driven solutions. • Assess and decide on the most appropriate AI approach (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Agentic AI or hybrid solutions) to solve each use case in the most efficient and scalable way. • Hands on AI & engineering: deliver end-to-end AI use cases from experimentation and prototyping to production. • Ensure AI solutions meet performance, robustness and scalability requirements. • Deploy AI solutions into production environments in collaboration with IT teams. • Support model monitoring, retraining and lifecycle management. • Adhere to architectural, security and governance standards defined by the AI Architect. • Continuously explore and evaluate new AI techniques, models and tools. • Assess the applicability and efficiency of emerging AI advancements i
