As Territory Sales Manager for Iberia, you own Stark’s commercial growth across Spain and Portugal. You will build and develop the dealer network, deliver the territory budget, and get more riders onto the Stark VARG. You will be based in the territory and work closely with our global sales, marketing and aftersales teams.
Establish relationships with dealers and strategic customers, in order to build a strong network across Iberia
Take responsibility for delivering territory budget, strategy and execution




Work together with Stark Future’s global team creating new innovative sales and marketing tools for the dealer network
Achieve agreed sales targets within given timeframes
Analyse market potentials, track and optimise the sales in your region
English, Spanish and Portuguese speaking, with profound knowledge of the Iberian market
Ability to manage the approved budgets according to our agreed goals
Performance criteria include: speed of work, innovation level, sales volume and profit, team motivation and performance, cost of organisation, cooperation within the organisation as well as with suppliers, keeping deadlines and always trying to answer emails within 24 hours, dedication to deliver, and a work attitude that spreads a positive atmosphere in the team.
