Overview In this role you lead the Integral Sourcing team in Spain for Special Tools & Equipment, driving CAPEX sourcing and supplier negotiations to ensure service level availability. You will manage the end-to-end source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes and oversee a global CAPEX supplier portfolio. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement, enable growth, and support a sustainable energy mission.

This is a high-visibility leadership role with international scope and strategic impact.





Responsabilidades Lead the team to ensure CAPEX service level availability in both areas Lead supplier negotiations and commercial contracts for CAPEX Master the sourcing process from source to contract and procurement to pay Manage the global CAPEX-related supplier portfolio Requisitos principales Bachelor in Engineering 8+ years of procurement experience, preferably in wind industry International procurement leadership with strategic sourcing and category management experience Strong negotiation and project management skills Excellent cross-cultural communication and network management Structured, transparent approach to business processes Solution-focused, able to prioritize and work under pressure Fluent English and Spanish mandatory (German is a plus) Willingness to travel Leadership Negotiation Cross-cultural communication Strategic sourcing Category management Source-to-contract and procurement-to-pay processes
