Looking for A security leader who would rather build secure systems than slow them down. You will work closely with engineering, product, and bank security teams to make sure Triple’s AI infrastructure meets the standards required to operate inside financial institutions.

What you will do

- Own security at Triple end to end, from product and infrastructure to internal systems and customer requirements
- Build the security stack and decide which controls and tooling actually make sense for how we operate
- Work side by side with Engineering to make security part of the architecture, not something added at the end
- Lead security conversations with banks, from technical reviews and questionnaires to deployment requirements
- Own certifications and audits such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
- Find the weak points before someone else does, and drive the fixes through to production




- Define how we secure agentic AI systems running in highly regulated environments
- Turn security into something that helps us ship faster and win enterprise customers

What you need

- 5+ years working in security, ideally in fintech, infrastructure, cloud, or another highly regulated environment
- English proficiency required
- Strong understanding of application, cloud, infrastructure, and identity security
- Experience owning security programs, audits, risk assessments, and controls
- Comfortable working directly with engineers and getting into technical detail
- Comfortable in front of enterprise customers and security teams
- Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI DSS, or similar frameworks
- Strong judgement on where security matters most and where process can stay lightweight
- Knowledge of AI/ML security, container security, and modern cloud environments is a strong plus
- Ownership mindset: you set the standard, build what is missing, and do not wait for someone else to define the problem
