To support our continued growth in Spain, we're looking for an enthusiastic Regional Key Account Manager based in Barcelona to help us grow one of innocent's most important regions: from Catalonia to Alicante, including the Balearic Islands.

It's the perfect role for someone with strong FMCG commercial experience, an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. As the only innocent commercial representative based in the region, you'll need to be a self-starter who enjoys working independently, taking ownership and making things happen. leading the commercial development of regional grocery retail customers across your territory managing and growing relationships with regional distributors and identifying new opportunities for the brand analysing customer performance and turning insights into action plans that drive growth owning sales forecasts,



trade investment tracking and business targets acting as an ambassador for the innocent brand across your region work closely with the Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Management and Sales teams work independently from Barcelona, taking full ownership of your territory while staying closely connected to the wider Sales team 3-5 years' experience in a Key Account Management or similar FMCG commercial role ~ experience working with distributors and building successful commercial partnerships ~ strong negotiation, planning and analytical skills ~ the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and move projects forward without close day-to-day supervision ~ fluent English and Catalan language skills ~ Home-office based role with regular travel across Catalonia, Levante and the Balearic Islands, as well as frequent meetings with the team in Madrid. An international environment requiring regular collaboration and communication in English.
