Overview

Onsite Data Center HR Manager leads a 6–8 member HR Partner team across data center clusters, reporting to the UAE-based HRM. You'll drive hire-to-retire HR processes, operational excellence, and scalable, data-driven people solutions in support of AWS data center operations. This role emphasizes building capabilities, executing a integral HRP operating model, and delivering a superior builder experience in a highly automated, fast-paced environment.

Expect travel up to 30–40% while shaping HR programs that impact thousands of builders and managers.

Responsabilidades Develop team capabilities and career development for HRP staff

Plan and direct the global HRP operating model to meet quality, convenience, and scalability goals

Research and implement industry best practices to benefit data center operations managers

Own end-to-end process improvements and ensure high-quality employee experiences





Define and monitor clear success metrics, drive visibility into service health

Identify opportunities to close service gaps, build business cases for new value-added services

Requisitos principales Bachelors degree

Experience implementing data-driven workforce solutions and HR metrics

Experience managing employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, talent management)

5+ years of human resources leadership or equivalent leadership experience in operations, customer service, retail, distribution, or manufacturing collaboration stakeholder management problem solving data-driven HR metrics
