At RDT Ingenieros , we are expanding our Digital & IT team and are looking to incorporate a Salesforce Business Analyst to work remotely . Your day-to-day responsibilities Analyze and improve business processes related to sales and quoting . Configure and manage the Salesforce platform to ensure it meets business needs. Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate functional requirements into Salesforce solutions . Participate in CRM–ERP integration projects , particularly with platforms such as SAP . Manage data models, data migrations, and data loading processes using tools such as Data Loader or ETL solutions. Work within an Agile/Scrum environment , actively participating in ceremonies and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions to optimize sales processes . Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across the Salesforce ecosystem.
