Overview

As an Implementation Consultant at Deel, you will onboard clients and enable their integration with Deel's platform. You'll tailor configurations to client needs, guide them through setup, and collaborate with sales, success, and product teams to ensure a smooth handoff. Your work directly supports client success and Deel's growth in new markets, combining technical know-how with a strong customer focus. You'll tackle cross-functional projects at scale, shaping how general work is enabled.

Responsabilidades Lead client onboarding and implementation projects to ensure a smooth transition to Deel's platform

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and configure Deel's solutions

Provide product expertise during implementation, including setup, integrations, and testing

Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product for seamless handoffs from sales to implementation

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation

Provide training and support to clients on using Deel's platform

Troubleshoot issues during implementation





Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency

Capture and relay client feedback to internal teams for product improvements

Manage multiple client implementations while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Requisitos principales 3+ years in implementation consulting, project management, or similar

Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, global payroll, or HRIS systems

Proven experience managing client relationships through implementation

Strong project management skills for timelines and priorities

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Strong communication and ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and project management software (Asana, Jira)

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Willingness to travel for client meetings or on-site implementations

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to present complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
