Overview In this role, you drive the industrialization of new product launches and scale production for automotive electronics in a fast-paced setting. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing lines that meet quality, capacity, and efficiency targets. You push continuous improvement and leverage automation and new technologies to boost performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role shaping production ramp-up and project milestones within a general supplier environment.

Responsabilidades Lead the industrialization of new product launches and manage successful production ramp-up

Plan, design, and implement new production lines meeting quality, capacity, and efficiency targets

Coordinate industrialization activities and ensure milestones are achieved

Identify and introduce new manufacturing technologies to improve performance

Support Factory 4.0 initiatives through automation and innovation projects





Design and optimize processes to meet customer, quality, and business requirements

Analyze production performance and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process readiness, equipment reliability, and launch success

Requisitos principales Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

Experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialization, or process engineering within a production environment

Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including SMT, automation, and testing

Fluent English communication skills with strong leadership, initiative, and stakeholder management abilities leadership initiative stakeholder management
