Overview

As an Informatica Consultant at Talan, you will design and implement data solutions for diverse clients, aligning business requirements with data architecture across cloud and on‐prem environments. You'll work within a growing Data & Technologies team to translate requirements into scalable Informatica-enabled solutions, partnering with technical and business stakeholders.

Your role will blend functional analysis, data governance, and hands‐on data integration to drive measurable outcomes. This position offers international exposure and a collaborative, performance‐driven culture.

Responsabilidades Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into data/technology solutions

Design data and integration solutions across cloud and on‐prem environments

Analyze data models, databases, ERP systems, ETL processes, and BI platforms

Support data governance initiatives and data management strategies





Define KPIs and data requirements aligned with business objectives

Lead or participate in workshops with business and technical stakeholders

Gather, document, and validate functional/technical requirements

Collaborate with development, data, architecture, and business teams through the project lifecycle

Work within Agile methodologies and relevant delivery ceremonies

Provide functional and technical expertise on Informatica solutions

Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement of data solutions

Requisitos principales 4+ years of technology consulting experience

4+ years of experience with Informatica technologies

Proven ability to lead workshops and independently gather/define requirements

Strong data modelling, data integration, and data governance knowledge

Excellent communication with both technical and business stakeholders

Experience working in Agile environments
