Role
As an AI Director in AI Management Consulting, you lead multi-stream AI & data strategy client programs and are a primary point of contact for key accounts. Your mission is to ensure outstanding delivery, strong client partnerships, and strategic alignment with business objectives. You directly manage Engagement Managers and provide hands-on support across delivery, stakeholder management, and business development.
As part of your mission, you'll:
- Lead and oversee complex, multi-stream AI & data strategy engagements, ensuring alignment with client needs, business goals, and expected ROI.
- Provide strategic direction and proactive problem-solving to project teams, monitor project health, and drive high client satisfaction (CSat ≥ 4.5).
