The idóneo candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, agents, and clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs to provide efficient support throughout the sales process and contribute to the team’s overall performance. About the Role: Manage communications with clients, agents, and distributors, handling inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
