As Product Engineer within our Business Change & Engineering team, you will shape new insurance product propositions for a multi-year transformation across European Commercial Insurance markets. You'll partner with underwriting, pricing, and IT to translate strategy into scalable solutions. The role combines product modeling, competitive analysis, and change management to deliver tangible business impact.

Responsabilidades Design, develop, test, and maintain new insurance products with cross-functional teams

Capture customer and stakeholder requirements from Underwriting, Sales, and Claims





Lead change management during new product introductions

Prioritize and plan initiatives with product and pricing teams, and assess usability for implementation readiness

Develop structured product models for the Lower Middle Market segment

Configure products using Xmind and Advanced Product Designer with Guidewire

Analyze competitors' products and pricing to inform market positioning

Keep current on industry trends and relevant markets

Requisitos principales Bachelor degree with 2+ years in Product Development OR High School Diploma or Equivalent with strong Product Development experience

Knowledge of property, casualty, and specialty insurance underwriting

Familiarity with underwriting guidelines, practices, and governance collaborative mindset excellent verbal and written communication relationship-building
