Overview In this role you drive system integration across immunoassay workflows within the R&D; team, optimizing automated systems and validating experimental results. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to advance immunoassay technology and support field service engineers. This position combines hands-on lab work with cross-functional coordination, documentation, and travel to partner sites.

Location: Derio (Bilbao)
Responsabilidades Lead system integration activities and experimental work across the product life cycle
Integrate, test and optimize automated systems for immunoassay workflows
Design and execute experiments for immunoassay integration; validate results
Support immunoassay development and collaboration with other R&D; teams
Prepare reports and present findings to internal and external partners
Coordinate with supervisors and stakeholders across R&D; and other functions
Maintain QMS/compliant documentation and SOPs for integration
Supervise maintenance tasks and assist in laboratory upkeep
Mentor junior staff and identify training needs
Ensure compliance with quality, cost and timeline objectives
Requisitos principales Bachelor in Health Sciences; PhD studies valued
≥3 years of laboratory experience
Desirable: immunoassays and/or IVD devices development experience
Strong knowledge of Office package; statistics knowledge
Excellent English communication (CAE qualified)
Good Laboratory Practices knowledge
Willingness to travel and spend extended periods at partner sites
Proactive, procedure oriented, high attention to detail
