Responsabilidades

Define and evolve Master Data Management (MDM) across customer, supplier, product, material, donor, employee and location domains

Define golden record rules, matching, survivorship, hierarchy management and data synchronization across systems

Collaborate with Data Engineering and application teams to integrate master data with ERP, CRM, analytics platforms, data lakes and data warehouses

Design and operate MDM workflows for data creation, change, approval, exception handling, de-duplication and lifecycle management

Support the implementation of data governance policies, standards, ownership and stewardship

Define and monitor data quality rules, KPIs, remediation processes to improve accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness and trust

Identify root causes of data issues and drive corrective actions at the source

Ensure data initiatives consider security, privacy, auditability and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated environment

Experience building data catalogs for lake house environments and documenting high-value analytical datasets

Define business ontologies, semantic models and controlled vocabularies for data consistency and AI-readiness across domains

Knowledge of AI governance concepts,



privacy-by-design and regulatory expectations such as the EU AI Act

Support the data transformation roadmap and adoption plans across IT and business domains

Contribute to a hybrid/federated data operating model balancing central standards with domain execution

Coordinate with Data Office, IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners for consistent execution

Promote adoption of glossaries, data dictionaries, metadata standards and cataloging practices

Document critical data flows, lineage, transformations, ownership, usage, controls and dependencies across systems

Establish reusable templates and standards for documenting data architecture, MDM domains and governance processes

Requisitos principales Bachelor in Computer Science

Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, MDM, data governance, data quality, data architecture or enterprise data transformation

Experience with MDM platforms such as Reltio, SAP MDG, Informatica MDM, Semarchy, Profisee or similar

Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data ownership, stewardship, data quality management, metadata management and lineage

Experience with Microsoft Purview

Understanding of data integration patterns, APIs, ETL/ELT and ERP integration

Advanced English language skills

Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive topics from ambiguity to execution

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence across business and IT teams

Facilitation skills to align perspectives and translate complex data topics into actionable decisions

Experience operating in a matrixed, global organization across geographies and time zones

Pragmatic, structured, delivery-oriented with balance between governance discipline and business agility

Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to build internal capability through knowledge transfer ownership mindset stakeholder management communication
