About the role ? We are looking for a Senior Account Executive (DACH) to join a fast-growing European B2B SaaS company within hospitality tech. The company provides an AI-powered platform used by 4,000+ customers across 40+ countries to increase revenue, reduce reliance on OTAs, and drive more direct bookings. This role focuses on expanding the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and is suited for a high-performing salesperson early in their career with strong results and ambition to grow in a demanding, target-driven environment. Your responsibilities ? You will own the full sales cycle from first contact to closed deal, acting as a trusted advisor to hospitality businesses looking to grow through technology. Drive new business through structured outbound activities and prospecting Manage and develop your pipeline in CRM with high discipline Run online and in-person sales meetings with decision-makers Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events Build strong,



long-term customer relationships in the DACH region Consistently work towards and exceed monthly sales targets Your profile / Required skills ✅ Native-level German (C2) Strong English skills (minimum B2) 1–3 years of experience in SaaS, software, or service sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Meritorious skills ⭐ Experience selling into hospitality, travel, or tech Experience in international B2B sales environments Strong data-driven mindset and experience working in CRM systems Personal qualities ?
