Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage and publish website content for a major Italian client using CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, accessible digital experiences while ensuring editorial standards and timelines. The position combines hands-on content work, quality checks, and digital asset management in a multilingual publishing context. You will contribute to a client-focused digital delivery model and support agile project workflows, shaping high-quality online content.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Create, edit, publish, and maintain website pages using AEM or similar CMS
• Update text, images, metadata, and web components per editorial requirements
• Manage static and dynamic content across the client site
• Support multilingual publishing and ensure consistency across languages
• Manage digital assets via Digital Asset Management systems
• Perform pre- and post-publication quality checks for accuracy and accessibility
• Make basic HTML/JSON updates when needed
• Assist with A/B testing activities, preferably via Adobe Target
• Collaborate with business, design, technical,



and content teams to gather publishing requirements
• Identify and coordinate resolution of content issues, broken links, and accessibility concerns
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and client status updates
• Communicate progress, risks, and delivery issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• 2–4 years of experience in digital content management or related roles
• Experience using at least one CMS (e.g., AEM, WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Shopify)
• Experience creating, editing, publishing, or maintaining website content
• Native or professional proficiency in Italian (C1/C2)
• Professional proficiency in English (B2+)
• Ability to work with international, cross-functional teams
• Willingness to learn new platforms and processes
• Ability to work in an Agile or Scrum environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
