You will collaborate with the Application Delivery team, where your main mission will be to manage software packaging requests end-to-end, including creating software packages while ensuring quality, traceability, and internal customer satisfaction.Tasks- Receive, analyze, and manage software packaging requests from start to finish: registration, package creation, testing, delivery, deployment, and post-implementation support.- Coordinate with IT and business teams to understand needs, define optimal solutions, and prioritize tasks.- Create, customize, and maintain complex software packages (MSI, MSIX, Intunewin, etc.), ensuring compatibility and compliance with corporate standards.- Use software packaging tools (e.G., Orca).- Manage software deployment to corporate devices via MS SCCM/Intune.- Automate service processes using scripting (PowerShell, Ansible, PSADT).- Document processes, incidents, and solutions, as well as propose continuous improvements in the packaging workflow.- Monitor SLAs and provide periodic reporting on the status of requests and incidents.- Provide third-level support for incidents related to software packaging and distribution.- Participate in cross-functional projects and ad-hoc tasks related to the service.MUSTs Service Requirements- English level C1 or higher- Strong knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Ansible, PSADT), packaging tools (e.G., Orca), and software distribution (MS SCCM, Intune…).- Valuable experience in integrating packaging processes.- Knowledge of networks, databases (SQL, MongoDB…), development, and API management.- Solid experience in Agile, ITIL, or similar methodologies.- Communication skills to interact with technical and business teams, and ability to identify and proactively solve problems.- Internal customer orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.NICE TO HAVE Service Requirements- Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.+5 years Experience in advanced software package creation in enterprise environments.+5 years Experience in end-to-end management of packaging requests, with the ability to coordinate multiple requests simultaneouslySchedule- 08h-17h from Monday to Friday (versátil)- 2 days work on siteConditions- Salary package based on your profile.- Ticket restaurant included in-office hours.- Flexible compensation plan (free of income tax) where we provide you with medical insurance, public transport ticket and childcare check.- Discounts in gym network.- Training catalogue.Our goal is that you are well in every way!#J-18808-Ljbffr
