You will play a key role in business analysis and customer incident management, contributing to the identification, prioritization, and tracking of production issues while working in an international and collaborative environment.What you will do- Manage customer incidents- Analyze and prioritize production incidents- Proactively identify potential issues- Document and track issues in the systemWhat we are looking for- 5+ years of professional experience as a Functional Analyst Expert- Experience in customer incident management- Experience analyzing and prioritizing production incidents- Experience proactively identifying potential issues- Experience with Jira- Experience with Confluence- Knowledge of Project Management- Experience with REST API Analysis- Knowledge and experience with Generative AI (GenAI)- Languages: High level of English, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment. Spanish is a plus.- Preferred location:
