Overview In this global role, you own and harmonize Master Data Management processes within your area, aligning with group policies and stakeholder needs. You will drive design, standards, and process documentation across regions, partnering with IT, MDM Services, and MDM Technical Solutions to ensure scalable, compliant outcomes. You will contribute to M&A; initiatives and ERP projects by defining the appropriate master data setup.

This is a high-visibility position shaping general MDM processes and enabling transformation in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades Design and own MDM processes within your area, aligned with policies and authority.

Validate processes with stakeholders and ensure documentation meets standards.

Support M&A; and ERP initiatives by defining master data setups and processes.

Lead work packages in solution implementations and run process design workshops.

Collaborate with MDM Technical Solutions to implement processes in Informatica and with IT to deploy in SAP backend systems.





Coordinate with MDM Services for changes and provide third-level support when needed.

Drive continuous improvement and maintain dialogue with stakeholders to identify opportunities.

Keep process documentation and data assets, including the data catalog, up to date.

Requisitos principales Minimum 5 years of experience in Master Data Management.

Strong knowledge of SAP and MDM objects within your area.

Experience in process modeling and process design.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with rigorous thinking.

Ability to translate business needs into scalable MDM processes and solutions.

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Ability to facilitate workshops, drive decisions, and manage work packages independently.

Collaborative, inclusive mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Experience in multinational environments and cross-cultural collaboration.
