Overview In this role you will safeguard HR data and ensure regulatory compliance by identifying risks and implementing security controls. You will bridge cybersecurity with HR needs to protect employee information across HR systems and processes. You'll work within Schneider Digital to support HR and legal teams, driving secure configurations and privacy by design. You will partner with IT and HR to maintain compliant, resilient HR platforms, enabling a trustworthy digital workplace.

Responsabilidades Ensure HR systems comply with data protection regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, local laws)
Monitor and enforce policies for handling PII and sensitive employee data
Support risk assessments on HR applications (payroll, recruitment platforms, portals) and suggest mitigations
Collaborate with HR and IT to implement secure configurations and access controls
Track and report on compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory reviews
Collaborate with IT to secure HRIS, ATS, LMS and other HR platforms
Ensure encryption,
authentication, and RBAC are properly implemented
Participate in change management processes for HR systems to assess security impact
Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field
Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, data privacy laws, and frameworks (GDPR, NIS 2, HIPAA, SOC 2)
Experience securing HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
Proficiency with security tools (SIEM, DLP, IAM, GRC platforms)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management with HR and legal teams
Ability to translate technical risks to business impact
Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement and collaboration
3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, or compliance
Experience working with HR or sensitive data domains
