Advanced Health & Safety - Quality & Environment Specialist
We are currently recruiting a
Advanced Health & Safety - Quality & Environment Specialist
to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a integral team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.
Key Responsibilities
I ndependently monitor compliance with national HSEQ regulations across corporate entities, including PPE, medical surveillance, risk assessments, training, etc.
Coordinate and document H&S; training, emergency drills, and continuous improvement activities.
Prepare and update H&S; procedures and support the development of annual plans and programs.
Implement corporate safety programs across our assets.
Conduct assigned internal audits at assets and construction projects in the geographies where we operate.
Collect, analyze, and report HSE indicators and compliance data; manage dashboards.
Participate in audits and inspections and support the implementation of corrective actions.
Assist in the development of improvement initiatives and best practices.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or similar.
Postgraduate studies or an official Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, covering all three specializations.
Experience & Technical Skills
3–6 years of HS-related experience (corporate or project-based).
Good knowledge of HS standards, risk identification, training, and compliance requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience in Power BI or similar tools.
Analytical and proactive.
Effective communicator and collaborator.
Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
