You will own the insights agenda end-to-end, partnering with product, marketing and business leaders to derive actionable recommendations. You will build and mentor a high-performing analytics team, define KPI frameworks, and design robust experimentation to inform strategic decisions. This role is based in Madrid and reports into the Analytics & Insights function.
