If you share that passion, you might be the person we are looking for.We are a company specialising in tourist and corporate apartments, with a presence in Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Milan, Rome, Venice and Turin.We are looking for a Head of Operations to maximise the profitability of our buildings and operations through cost control, P&L analysis, supplier negotiations, and the identification and implementation of operational efficiency initiatives.Responsibilities1. Financial control of operations- Monthly monitoring of the P&L for each building.- Analysis of deviations from budget.- Control of cleaning, laundry, maintenance, utilities, amenities, energy and other operational costs.- Identification of cost-saving opportunities and margin improvement initiatives, measuring costs per stay, apartment or check-in.- Definition and monitoring of operational and financial KPIs using dashboards.2.



Procurement and supplier management- Negotiation of supplier rates and contracts.- Standardisation of suppliers across buildings.- Review of contracts and service levels (SLAs).- Identification of more competitive alternatives.3. Profitability analysis- Profitability analysis by building, city and business unit.- ROI studies for new investments.- Financial evaluation of operational projects.4.
