Overview
In this role, you will lead multi-program delivery for the E-Systems division from Valls, coordinating global cross-functional teams to meet scope, cost, quality, and timing targets. You will manage timelines, documentation, and changes while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. The position combines program leadership with risk handling and cost optimization to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic automotive environment. You will work closely with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and other functions to align with Lears commitment to collaboration and excellence. Responsabilidades Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute programs that meet customer and internal expectations
Ensure on-time delivery, within budget, approved profitability, and required quality standards




Plan and execute activities according to customer milestones
Manage product changes per engineering and sales agreements for flexibility and cost
Lead to achieve annual Cost Technical Optimization (CTO) targets within your program
Identify risks and critical points and apply corrective actions, escalating as needed
Requisitos principales Bachelors degree in a technical subject
5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams
Automotive field experience, preferably electronics
Fluent in English and Spanish; German a plus
