We are now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a background hiring technical customer facing roles for a technology company.
As a trusted partner to our Customer organizations, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding both hiring managers and candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process. You will act as the trusted partner to our hiring leaders and the main point of contact for our candidates throughout the recruitment journey. With our technology embedded in our ATS, you'll have access to real-time data and advanced reporting tools that sharpen your ability to advise, plan, and execute.
Partner with our regional hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements, offering strategic advice and support throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with the HR team and Compensation & Benefits team and other internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with company goals and processes.
