Overview

In this role you will design and implement security measures for AI platform infrastructure, drive governance and lifecycle policies for AI deployments, and ensure regulatory compliance across EU/ISO standards. You will establish secure trust boundaries, integrate security into DevSecOps pipelines, and lead threat monitoring and incident response. You will produce clear documentation and provide security training to cross-functional teams, helping MediaMarktSaturn scale secure AI capabilities.

Responsabilidades

- Design and implement AI platform security measures and threat protection
- Develop and maintain AI governance policies and lifecycle oversight
- Ensure regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO 27001) and implement monitoring/reporting
- Define and enforce secure trust boundaries between system components
- Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and compliance validation




- Build and maintain security monitoring and incident response capabilities for AI workloads
- Create security documentation and conduct security awareness training for development teams

Requisitos principales

- 3-5+ years in Software Engineering with focus on DevSecOps, cybersecurity, or platform security in cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat modeling, secure coding, and secure distributed systems
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO 27001, and experience building compliance monitoring systems
- Knowledge of AI-specific security challenges including data privacy and adversarial attack prevention
- Hands-on experience with cloud security services, IAM, network security, and infrastructure security best practices
- Proficiency with security automation tools, SAST/DAST, and CI/CD security integration
- Ability to conduct security risk assessments, threat analysis, and mitigation for AI platforms
