Overview In this role you will lead Feedzai's EMEA Solution Consulting team to enable top financial institutions with our RiskOps platform. You'll partner with the EMEA GM and regional stakeholders to align resources, drive deal strategy, and ensure smooth handoffs across Sales, Product, and Delivery. You will remove blockers, scale enablement, and develop your team into trusted advisory partners.

This is a strategic, cross-functional role at a fast-growing SaaS company that shapes how financial crime risk is managed at scale. You will be a key driver of GTM execution and regional revenue outcomes, with a strong focus on leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsabilidades Direct and mentor the EMEA Solution Consulting team; serve as primary point of contact and blockers-remover

Drive enablement on Feedzai platform, value propositions, and financial crime domain trends; promote self-sufficiency

Act as direct partner to the EMEA General Manager; align SC resources with regional revenue targets and GTM initiatives

Engage with internal/external stakeholders on major opportunities; participate in executive interactions, deal reviews, and strategic pitches





Manage SC staffing and resource allocation across regional campaigns, RFPs, and customer engagements

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery to convey market needs and influence roadmaps; ensure smooth post-sale handoffs

Requisitos principales 2+ years of leadership/mentoring experience in pre-sales/solution consulting

7+ years in Solution Consulting / Pre-sales within enterprise B2B software

Deep Financial Services domain knowledge (Financial Crime, Risk Management, Fraud Prevention)

Proven ability to partner with senior leaders (Regional GMs, VP of Sales, C-level executives)

Experience building scalable enablement programs for technical sales teams

Growth-stage SaaS background in fast-paced environments

BS or Masters in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent experience

Willingness to travel up to 30% in the EMEA region executive presence cross-functional collaboration strategic thinking

Solution Consulting / Pre-sales in enterprise software enterprise SaaS

Financial crime, risk management, or fraud prevention domain
