As a Manufacturing Engineer for electronic cards, you will support a factory floor, drive design-for-manufacturing improvements and automate production processes. You collaborate with Design, Production, Quality, and Testing teams to optimize PCB/PCBA manufacturing and ensure traceability. You will develop manufacturing tooling and maintain documentation to align with production processes.

Responsabilidades First-line engineering support on the factory floor to minimize impact on scheduling and deliveries
Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analyses and identify automation opportunities
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation (BOMs, work instructions) ensuring process compliance
Manage design deviations (waivers) for repair of non-conforming PCBAs
Design manufacturing tools using SOLIDWORKS for machined parts and 3D-printed solutions
Ensure traceability of materials throughout production
Collaborate with Design, Production, Quality, and Testing to optimize processes
Requisitos principales Degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
At least 4 years of electronics manufacturing and industrialization experience
Proficiency with SAP, Tortoise SVN, Jira-Trac, Tableau
Knowledge of XJTAG, Vivado, Testway, TestStand
Experience in programming and automation with Visual Studio, Python, LabVIEW
PCB design experience with PADS Xpedition and KiCad
Mechanical design knowledge with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, DraftSight
Experience in PCB/PCBA manufacturing is a plus
