Overview In this role you will lead a Make/Supply Planning transformation within the Europe region to redesign planning processes and build regional planning capabilities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and optimize OTIF, cost-to-serve, and working capital. You will develop replenishment models and enhance distribution, customer service, and planning interactions, including e-commerce and logistics optimization.
You will manage project scopes, timelines, and regional KPIs, driving tangible supply chain improvements while aligning with sustainability and inclusion goals.
Responsabilidades Lead the transformation and continuous assessment of the supply chain, including end-to-end value stream mapping
Analyze and define business improvements and projects to optimize OTIF, Cost to Serve, and Working Capital across the EMEA region
Develop customer service offers and translate them into replenishment models to optimize distribution and planning interactions (including e-commerce strategies)
Support delivery of regional supply chain KPIs and maintain collaborative stakeholder partnerships
Manage project scopes and timelines to ensure high-quality deliverables
Requisitos principales University degree with at least 6 years in FMCG, Paint/Coating, or Retail, focused on Supply Chain Improvement or Consulting
Strong consulting background with experience in Manufacturing Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and planning tools including SAP ECC and BI
Proven change management and stakeholder engagement skills, with excellent interpersonal communication abilities
Resilient, adaptable, problem-solving mindset and solid project management expertise
Fluency in English (mandatory)
