As Marketing Operations & Technology Specialist, you optimize and scale DocPlanners core marketing platforms, with HubSpot at the core. You drive operations excellence and contribute to AI-powered transformations to improve efficiency. You act as a bridge between technical execution and marketing strategy, ensuring reliable data flows and platform performance. This role offers the chance to shape how marketing leverages AI and automation at scale, within a globally distributed team.

Responsabilidades

Configure, maintain, and optimize marketing systems for scalability and performance

Lead AI-powered workflows, agents, and emerging capabilities to automate marketing processes

Manage HubSpot–Salesforce sync, ensuring data integrity and alignment

Develop and refine predictive lead scoring for better prioritization and conversion

Monitor workflows and resolve errors, especially MQLs and lead routing





Use data enrichment and custom actions in workflows to enhance automation

Document processes, train users on best practices, and maintain CRM data hygiene

Oversee data security, governance, and GDPR compliance for marketing systems

Drive cross-platform integrations and collaborate with data teams and system admins

Stay updated on data and tech changes, evaluating new solutions as needed

Support ongoing improvements to marketing tech and AI initiatives

Requisitos principales HubSpot proficiency (required)

Salesforce experience a plus, especially HubSpot–Salesforce sync

Interest or hands-on experience with applying AI to marketing operations

Familiarity with predictive lead scoring, data enrichment, and custom-coded workflow actions

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Proactive mindset with initiative and follow-through

Strong written and verbal communication in English

Degree in marketing, computer science, business, or related field (unknown)
