The Marketing Technology, UX & Creative Development Specialist will be responsible for developing digital experiences, creating product demonstrations, marketing collateral, and technology-enabled customer engagement solutions that support the company's growth objectives.

This role combines programming capability, UX design expertise, and creative production skills. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing customer experience, showcasing the firm's proprietary technology solutions, and developing visually compelling marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will have no less than 3 of experience and possess a combination of technical, design, and creative capabilities along with AI knowledge.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Product Demonstrations & Sales Enablement

- Own the development, enhancement, and maintenance of product demonstrations that effectively communicate the firm's value proposition
- Partner with the Director of Strategic Growth Marketing to support new client acquisition campaigns through compelling product storytelling
- Support Product Marketing initiatives by developing demonstrations tailored to existing client expansion opportunities
- Continuously improve demonstration experiences based on feedback from clients, sales teams, and product specialists

Microsite & Marketing Technology Development

- With oversight from the Web & Digital Manager, design, develop, and maintain microsites, landing pages, and digital campaign experiences
- Support marketing technology initiatives through backend development and platform integrations
- Develop digital assets that support acquisition campaigns, product launches, events, and strategic initiatives
- Ensure digital experiences are optimized for usability, engagement, and conversion under the direction of the Web & Digital Manager
- Collaborate with the Web & Digital Marketing Manager to improve digital performance and customer journeys

UX & Customer Experience Design

- Lead UX design initiatives across marketing and digital touchpoints
- Support website enhancement projects through user-centered design principles




- Recommend improvements that increase engagement, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction
- Add UX experience to the Firm’s proprietary technology platform

Chatbot & Digital Engagement Solutions

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of chatbot experiences
- Improve chatbot functionality, workflows, and customer journeys
- Work closely with marketing to ensure chatbot content aligns with campaign objectives and customer needs
- Monitor chatbot performance and recommend improvements based on user behavior and engagement metrics

Video & Multimedia Production

- Create professional video content supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, customer communications, recruitment initiatives, and sales activities
- Produce product walkthroughs, demonstration videos, tutorials, webinars, and promotional content
- Manage projects from concept development through editing and final delivery
- Ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand standards and commercial objectives

Creative Design & Marketing Collateral

- Design high-quality sales and marketing materials for both digital and physical use
- Create presentations, PowerPoint decks, infographics, brochures, event invitations, marketing assets, and client-facing collateral
- Along with Head of Events & Brand, ensure consistency of visual identity, messaging, and branding across all materials
- Provide creative support to Strategic Growth, Product Marketing, and Web & Digital teams

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

- Monitor emerging design, UX, AI, and marketing technology trends
- Identify new tools and technologies that enhance marketing effectiveness and customer engagement
- Support experimentation and innovation across digital channels and customer experiences




- Act as a resource for creative problem-solving and digital innovation initiatives

Qualifications

Required Experience

- No less than 3 years of experience in digital product development, UX/UI design, marketing technology, web development, or a related field
- Spanish and English language skills
- Experience developing websites, microsites, landing pages, or digital applications
- Experience with UX/UI design principles and customer journey optimization
- Experience creating professional presentations and marketing collateral
- Experience with video production, editing, and multimedia tools
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement technologies
- Intermediate backend development experience

Success Measures In the first 6 months, success will be measured by:

- Quality and effectiveness of product demonstrations supporting commercial growth
- Successful delivery of microsites, landing pages, and digital experiences
- Improvements in website user engagement

- Chatbot deployment
- Timely development of marketing collateral and executive presentations
- Quality and effectiveness of video and multimedia content
- Contribution to lead generation, customer engagement, and campaign performance
- Adoption of innovative technologies that improve marketing effectiveness
- Internal stakeholder satisfaction across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Technology teams
