Overview

As a Business Product Owner in Digital Service Solutions / Data Innovation, you shape data-driven product features for the PIM platform and drive end-to-end delivery. You work with stakeholders to align business goals with user needs and guide product iterations in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will enhance data enrichment through AI technologies and ensure governance and interoperability across platforms.

This role offers impact across Roche Diagnostics' commercial and digital ecosystems, contributing to a healthier future.

Responsabilidades Specify business requirements for PIM and related data flows to improve customer satisfaction

Shape information architecture in collaboration with IT and business experts for end-to-end interoperability

Drive delivery of new product initiatives from concept to implementation within time, budget, and quality

Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and ensure clear product vision

Support product rollouts and ensure program integration and functioning as intended





Provide data-driven insights to measure product success and inform iterations

Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure supported workflows and SLA adherence

Design platform-specific governance and guide Data Operations in data compliance and governance

Requisitos principales Bachelor in science, IT or related field

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in data-driven environments or PIM

Familiarity with AI technologies (IDP, LLM, vector storage, knowledge graph, LangChain) and their business relevance

Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders

Collaborative mindset with agile methodologies

High motivation to grow in a dynamic Roche Diagnostics environment collaboration stakeholder management communication data modeling and analysis
