Responsabilidades
- Lead product vision, roadmap and backlog in close collaboration with engineering, UX, architecture and business teams
- Prioritize features and coordinate stakeholders to maximize user and business value
- Facilitate product refinement sessions and ensure delivery aligns with strategy
- Drive Agile delivery using SAFe across cross-functional teams
- Work with global stakeholders and manage communication to ensure alignment
- Mentor and share knowledge when appropriate to support team growth
Requisitos principales
- More than 5 years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager managing complex digital products
- Strong experience defining roadmaps, backlog prioritization and SAFe-based delivery
- Experience with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX and business stakeholders
- Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro and product management tools in global organizations
- Advanced English level and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
