Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Member role based in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area. The Member will support intellectual property projects by assisting with documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and helping ensure accurate and timely execution of IP-related tasks.

Daily activities may include preparing and reviewing basic case files, gathering information for strategic, legal, and financial assessments, and maintaining organized records and databases.



The role also involves collaborating with colleagues across different offices, supporting client communications as needed, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes within the firm.

Qualifications

- Ability to handle documentation, data entry, and record-keeping with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is highly beneficial.
- Interest in or basic understanding of Intellectual Property, legal services, or consulting environments.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, document management systems).
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Law, Business, Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in professional services, legal support, or IP-related roles is desirable but not mandatory.
