Responsabilidades Design and develop microservices-based architectures using Java with Spring Boot or Python with FastAPI

Lead technical implementation of cloud-native applications in AWS





Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into backend services and data workflows

Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring coding, testing, and DevOps best practices

Requisitos principales 6+ years of professional software experience

Experience with Java + Spring Boot or Python + FastAPI and microservices

Experience in microservices architectures

Experience in technical leadership roles (team lead or manager)

English level B2 or higher

Native Spanish

Nice to have AWS experience (certification or project)

Nice to have AI implementation project experience leadership team mentoring cross-functional collaboration
