WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

- 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing MLOps solutions.
- Strong experience with AWS, including cloud infrastructure implementation and management, automation, and security.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, cluster management, and automation of containerized applications.
- Experience with MLOps frameworks and orchestration tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX and/or Apache Airflow.
- Solid understanding of the Machine Learning lifecycle, from experimentation and training to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Strong programming skills, ideally Python, as well as experience with version control and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability practices in ML and cloud environments.
- Fluent English and Spanish, as you will work in an international environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Based in or around Barcelona, with availability to work in a 50% hybrid model.

? WHAT WILL YOU DO? ?
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable MLOps platforms and pipelines.
- Automate the end-to-end Machine Learning lifecycle, including model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.




- Create and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices.
- Deploy and operate containerized ML workloads using Kubernetes.
- Implement and optimize ML workflows using tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX and Apache Airflow.
- Develop automation and CI/CD processes to improve the reliability and scalability of ML solutions.
- Monitor infrastructure, pipelines, and ML workloads to ensure performance, stability, and availability.
- Collaborate closely with Machine Learning, Data, Software Engineering and Cloud teams in an international environment.
- Contribute to technical decisions, best practices, and the evolution of the MLOps ecosystem.
- Take on increasing technical ownership, with the potential to evolve towards a Tech Lead / Team Manager position based on performance and fit.
